Carroll Street & Harbor Island Both terminals are flanked by transit sheds offering modern fireproof warehouse space. Rail tracks extend into the spacious, well lighted and well-ventilated transit sheds offering day or night all weather cargo handling.
Grain Elevator The grain elevator at the port is leased to Louis Dreyfus Commodities. The elevator can accommodate 3.5 million bushels and has a loading capacity of 80,000 bushels per hour.
Harbor Island Rail improvements within the port near Harbor Island enhanced velocity of the interchange while improving air quality and reduced congestion.
Harbor Island Marine Terminal Harbor Island Marine Terminal is designed for conventional break bulk ships, heavy lift ships, side-loading RO-RO ships or container ships.

Open Storage Open storage adjacent to the waterfront property is suitable for marshaling containers, vehicles, project cargo or other cargo not needing protection from weather.
Orange County The recent capital expansion program included a new wharf and rail development on the Orange County side of the river. A new state-of-the-art petroleum terminal handles unit trains up to 120 cars.
Rail Storage Expansion The port recently completed rail improvements that expand the port's capacity, efficiency and security for switching and operations.
TGS/Econo-Rail TGS/Econo-Rail provides the port with rail services including bulk material handling, switching and maintenance.
