Port Security
The Port of Beaumont is compliant with
all Department of Homeland Security Regulations

 
All Port of Beaumont wharves are secured with a chain link, barbed wire-topped security fence. Vehicles access port property only through a main gate guarded 24 hours a day. For additional information contact Facility Security Officer, Stephen Davis. click here


Transportation Workers Identification Credentials (TWIC)
is required for port entry.

 

Jefferson County Sheriff's Department Marine Division routinely patrol the Sabine-Neches Waterway. Aerial coverage is also provided by Jefferson County Sheriff's Department. The U.S. Coast Guard is the federal agency which enforces the port's responsibility under the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA).
